A humanities teacher at a Bacchus Marsh high school has been accused of sexually assaulting three female students,aged between 12 and 14.
The alleged assaults occurred between May 2016 and February this year.
The 56-year-old man, (which the Moorabool News has chosen not to name), appeared briefly in the Ballarat Magistrates’ Court on Thursday August 10.
The court heard the first incident occurred in May 2016, when the man allegedly placed his hand on the inner thigh and private parts of a student while inside a classroom.
Another incident is alleged to have taken place somewhere between July 1 and August 8 last year, when the man intentionally touched the breast of a 12-year-old minor without consent.
Similar incidents are alleged to have occurred in June 2016 and February 2017.
The man was bailed to appear in court in January next year.
